“The [day of the] event is always a fun day,” says associate professor Karyn Jimenez-Elliott. “It brings the entire college together and is all about highlighting our talented students. It provides the students with a great opportunity to have their work professionally displayed in a gallery setting. Additionally, it's a great motivator and confidence booster.”

The show, set up in the gallery space of the John J. Bowen Center for Science & Innovation, includes more than 100 pieces of work from students in their first through senior year at JWU. The exhibit runs through January 25, 2019.

“Exhibit is a great opportunity for us [as faculty] to select work that we feel is representational of the industry-quality work that we’re always helping our students strive to achieve,” says Jimenez-Elliott.

“It’s a nice visual representation of our curriculum and the broad range of design skills and work that our students achieve as they develop as designers over their four years with us here at JWU.”
